Fireplace
Fireplace sent with no pebbles , no remote , no guarantee , no manual .. also has chips on the actual fireplace and what looks like dead flies / fluff inside it , thought I’d found a bargain , this fireplace no longer heats after having it on for 5 mins and I have no manual to work out what I’m supposed to do . Promised various emails back for replacement parts that should have come in the original order and had nothing. Useless customer service that can’t even tell you if they can get the spare parts or not … waste of money !
Told to wait hours for a email and not even got any … no one can help you to simply return a product don’t waste your time with this bunch of clowns!Review about: The Devout

They charged me £40 after i cancelled the order a few hours after placing the order.

We ordered 2 beds for our new apartment, the quality is INSANE!! Ordered 2 days before, kept upto date with everything. Delivery guys were amazing and so helpful. Quality is outstanding, so luxurious for the price. Can't believe it. We got Oatmeal Ottoman and the depth storage is perfect. already recommended and will buy again

Saint and Sofia's claim to sustainability is classic greenwashing. They have a shorter and less flexible returns policy than most online retailers, which will result in more wastage. Then credit only rather than refund!
Incidentally, I did not like the clothes.

An overpriced CraP Bed sold by fraudsters
Advertised as 1000 pocket springs with 2 inch memory foam paid £379.05 supposedly half price.
In reality, poorly put together coil sprung mattress that has given both myself and my wife a bad back and neck pain.
awaiting our day in court so as to expose these con artist to the consumer and hopefully have one or more sent to JAIL.
Please do not be fooled by there cheap prices, their cheap because its SH1TE.I wish I had read this before ordering and then today receiving a very poor quality over-priced divan and mattress. On sale at nearly £600 for a double divan said to be of Hotel standard... They don't say the hotel in question is Faulty Towers!

Never delivered
I ordered next day delivery on Thursday and boohoo were happy to take my money. No parcel arrived and I have contacted their customer service to be told due to their agreement with their carrier I have to wait 14 days in total before they will refund me. (Then another week for the refund to be processed) 3 weeks in total for next day delivery that was never delivered?
Their agreement with their carrier is not my problem, they made an agreement with me and were happy to take my money and now I am without my parcel or my money.

Digital Marketing
Currently enrolled in the free 4-week trial. The course content and instructor are good so far.
However, there are a few things that are putting me off. When I signed up, a phone number was required. Since signing up, I have been received a lot of phone calls, text messages and emails from the automated system that reminds you of an upcoming classes, and that I’ve “missed a class” (even when I have not missed a single class). I even had my phone ring at the most inconvenient time like 3am! Had to email customer support to ask them to stop sending me these notifications but apparently it takes 72hrs...
Otherwise, it’s nice that classes “start” at a set time that you can choose. I like having a set schedule so that I am more committed.
It would be nice if they tell you beforehand how long each class is, so it’s easier to plan my day. So far I’ve had classes/videos that ranged from 30min -1hr.
Courses I’ve signed up for occur once or twice a week. Wish there was an option to fast track, because the videos/classes are all prerecorded, not live sessions. Even though there is a chat bot and “class chat” available, I have not experienced any interaction with the instructor or other students.
Once a class “starts” you can’t pause or rewind. After each class, the video is available to rewatch, which is if I want to go back on something I’ve missed.
As others have mentioned, be VERY careful where you click. Toolkits (like lecture notes and slides etc) and resources are PAID purchases (they call it a one-click purchase).
I’m keen to finish the trial, and will probably update my review once I’ve reached the 4-week mark.Review about: Shaw Academy
Nutrition Course
Only had one class so far but really enjoyed the content and the interactivity of it. It kept me engaged by asking me questions along the way. Loving it so far.
It can be a little plug-y with the toolbox and certificate add one but these are easy to ignore.Review about: Fonehouse

Ordered 2 pairs of heels from Ego at 10pm and had received them by lunch time the next day! Amazing delivery service! Both heels fit perfectly and are really good quality! Will certainly be ordering from them again!

Went through the same thing as everyone else with the subscription. Refused to pay it had numerous emails for over two weeks demanding money, I ignored it and I logged into my account after not hearing anything in 2 days and my subscription has been cancelled. DONT give in!
I did this trying to be clever and it’s costing me an extra £131 as I received official debt collection money. If you think silence is good news they’re adding daily interest so its cheaper to just pay
If they have cancelled your subscription and nothing on there website then they cant send debt collectors. I got onto citizens advice. Filled out an ODR form and got onto trading standards and I've had no email no letters after nearly 3 months. If theyve cancelled the subscription and nothing is on their website they can not get debt collectors involved. They are a scam. The more people report it the better
I also have taken screenshots of it saying on there website I have no subscriptions. And I asked for a copy of a contract which they cant provide. You haven't signed anything so they cant physically send debt collectors as it's a subscription not a contract

I thought I was accepting a 'free sample' but was conned into a 6 month subscription, which they absolutely refuse to cancel - like true con-artists. The actual product, Thermo Syn capsules do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than give you indigestion (the active ingredient does nothing but swell in your stomach). Be sure you want to waste your time and money if you sign up with these con-artists. Be warned.
I'm thinking Holly works for them.....
