iPhone
I purchased an iPhone in very good condition but soon had issues with the mic, caused by dust, that meant I couldn't make calls. The Apple Store looked at it and advised it was missing the grill component that protects the mic.
BPS arranged collection so they could fix it, but their chosen courier service, Royal Mail, lost the package and didn't provide any proof of postage. BPS have provided only the minimum assistance with the issue and feel comfortable with the outcome: I've paid for a phone and I don't have it.
Be aware you may end up out of pocket with no phone and no apology.
Also note that they may threaten legal action if you leave a negative review.
