Refectocil brushes
Thought I was buying a pack of refectocil brushes as the photo used was a pack of 4 (no images of a single brush anywhere until I raised my issue - then a photo of a single brush was added) and the description referred to brushes plural. The price also was about right for a pack of 4 of these brushes. When they arrived and they had sent me a single brush I couldn’t believe it. With delivery I paid £10. So overpriced that I thought it had to mean they were a pack and not single brushes - along with the misleading listing on their website I will not be returning. I work with big companies and do promo work for companies on my own page and the only way I’ll be sharing this experience is to warn people away from Klip Shop due to its misleading way of tricking you into buying someone that is less than described.
